Great staff, pretty lobby, room was eh…..
Our room had stains on some furniture, torn curtains, very odd and off putting stains in the artwork above the toilet. The beds however seemed very clean and the main couch was very clean. We enjoyed breakfast, the staff was fantastic. The main parts of the hotel, lobby and what not, were updates and pretty. Rooms need a bit of attention.

I had to change rooms because the first one was unacceptable. It had a huge strain on the floor and the fridge was on the floor. My second room was okay but the tub and sink clogged. There was a huge hole in the ceiling at the indoor pool. The breakfast was great!

Friendly shuttle bus drivers from airport rental car building to hotel snd to airport! Check in a breeze, happy hour snacks and drinks were very welcome! Breakfast was more than adequate even at 6:15 a.m. The only minor issue we experiance was a slow shower drain. We'd stay there again!

5 years .. always a great stay.
I have stayed here often over the past 5 years and the staff and service is always top notch, especially from Shelby during the morning breakfast service .. always a big smile and welcoming! Note to maintenance .. room 574 has an issue with the shower handle .. won't turn to allow enough hot water. Other than that it was a great stay!

A couple nights prior to my stay here, I had stayed at another Embassy Suites. So I'm probably comparing, which may not be fair to do. This location in OKC is near the airport and has likely been here for a while. The property has been renovated. I do think that the bathrooms (if our room is any indication) could be updated as well. When we parked our car, there was signage outside that said that we essentially were parking at our own risk. That was a bit concerning, but I guess in our litigious society it probably should be expected. With the exception of Chili's and Charleston's nearby, it looked like we'd need to drive several miles to dine where we weren't eating in a bar or in a fast food restaurant. Other than that, the room was clean and the breakfast was great.

I love this hotel. This is the best continental breakfast I’ve ever seen. They will make you an omelet anyway you prefer. TONS of options. ALL the staff are very friendly and service friendly. I’ve stayed here a few times and always the same service. The hotel is getting older. We did have a hot water issue this stay. I still say this is my number one hotel in regards to breakfast and staff. Business conference friendly, you can get a meal, a drink all within the hotel. I still recommend highly. Area is a bit sketchy. I think if you are driving you are fine. I’ve stayed for business and family trip.

We had a suite with two queen beds. The room was supposed to be handicapped accessible. While there were two handle bars installed in the bathroom for additional assistance, there was no way a wheelchair would fit in the bathroom. We did not need the handicapped accessibility, but were scratching our heads as to how that would work for someone who needed the option. We found our room to be kind of claustrophobic- small bathroom and choppy the way the suite portion of the room was set up. The front desk experience was average. They got us checked in , but never told us there was a happy hour in the restaurant area with complimentary snacks and drinks. We ate dinner at the hotel. Our server was super nice and gave us good service, but the food was just okay. We checked out very early due to an early flight and no one was at the front desk when we checked out. I called for someone a few times and someone came out from the back room to take our keys. Overall, the hotel is close to the airport and was clean. We just didn’t have that welcoming experience with the front desk staff that would have improved our experience and didn’t care for how the room was set up - especially being a handicapped accessible room.
