NO FRIDGE and NO COFFEE MACHINE! Called HOTELS.COM customer service, which by the way they did everything they could, and they called the hotel and also checked the hotel site and they told me the Hilton site never guarantees the fridge and coffee machine will be in every room.
Why would I call and ask to make sure the room will have something even the cheapest hotels offer, when the photos on HOTELS.COM showed the room had a fridge and a coffee machine?
We were not completely sure if they had removed them from the room before we got there. The place where the fridge goes was empty, same as the shelf where the coffee machine usually goes We were almost sure that since we got the booking with HOTELS.COM and not a directly with Hilton, they just remove the fridge and the coffee machine from the room. Well, sadly, we confirmed that the day we checked out when we saw the fridge at the door and ready to be place back in the room. Not only that, but also, if you do the booking directly with Hilton you don't pay extra for checking in earlier. We were at the line and most of people checked in with us at no charge (Around 1PM) when the check in should have been at 3PM but they did ask us a payment as a charge for early check in. That disgusting difference they make between their clients and HOTELS.COM clients won't make us stop using HOTELS.COM to book a hotel. It will just make us never choose a Hilton again!
