Glad I Tried
The room was great for the price, but the best thing was the amazing staff at the hotel. The valets, front desk staff, and the night porter were the epitome of great customer service and hospitality. I will definitely be back and book a bigger room for more space now that I know. Also excellently situated to multiple sites of interest around the area. Worth staying in when visiting Portland.

Bathrooms need to be updated. Didn’t know they allowed dogs until I heard barking on our first night. If I had known that, I would’ve picked a different hotel. The per night resort fee was ridiculous - all it included was weak coffee in the morning and a beer in the afternoon. Hotel staff was pleasant and other than the dog, hotel was very quiet. Would of been nice if they cleaned the room daily. Not just the third night.

Amazing night staff!
I have stayed in more hotels than I can count. The service from the two late night gentlemen is above and beyond the best service we have ever received. They were both incredibly kind and accommodating. We will always stay at Hotel Lucia when in Portland solely based on their service and hospitality.
