Christmas vibes in Brugge.
We enjoyed a great weekend at this lovely hotel. The personnel was very kind and helpful and fluent in English, French and Dutch/Flemish. Brugge is a beautiful historic city. The Christmas spirit made it more romantic.

We did have to ask 3x for the air to be turned on in the room since the room was a bit stale at first, but the third time was the charm & the place was great! Our only issue with this trip was that the room we had was very small. I would definitely return to this hotel, but I would make sure that we had a better room.

Not worth the high price we paid.
We had a room facing the street, room 301. There was an outdoor bar 2 doors away from the hotel. There was noise from the bar until 4:00 am on Saturday night and very noisy on Sunday evening until midnight. Not good for sleeping. Not much variety on the breakfast buffet for the price of 16 Euros. Room 301 was a nice size and comfortable bed. Close to the train station. Not worth the very high price we paid.
