It was a fully-paid reservation including breakfast. The receptionist "Lin" had an unpleasant look at me, didn't say a word of greeting or anything, only gave me the room key and only confirmed the length of my stay. Provided absolutely no information of breakfast, restaurants, swimming pool, or any other facilities/amenities.
Made me wonder if she was under-paid, because she seemed clearly unhappy as someone working in a service industry.
The room-size is okay, but the carpet was horrendously dirty with a lot of stains, the toilet was not clean and the sink had a small crack with brown lines. A bit outdated, obviously.
The breakfast buffet was mediocre. For instance, its fresh fruit option has only 3 kinds of fruits. You get the idea.
The swimming pool would have been awesome if it had been actually open during the opening hours. Closed early due to the tropical rain, but it remained closed even after the sky cleared up again. Checked twice at 5pm and 6:30pm only to see the closed sign.
