Several staff real nice, others clueless, Keycards did not work well, tv was broken needed it replaced. Loudness in the halls went unchecked. Real comfortable bed, room was nice, bathroom clean.

It felt like i was staying at a trap house

The place was pretty sketchy at best, we had a vagrant throw rocks at us while we tried to park so we waited for the strange man to walk away before we checked in. Check in was fine, we didnt hang out long before we went out to see the friends we had come to the area to visit and returned later in the evening. While trying to sleep it seems as though several of the other occupants were “long term” and kept going back and forth between rooms and knocking on doors loudly throughout the night. The next morning we found that the shower would not keep a constant temperature but instead went back and forth from scalding to freezing over and over again which was frustrating as well. On the upside the bed wasn’t uncomfortable and the staff were pleasant but overall not somewhere i would go again

Never again.

It was one lf the worst experiences I've ever had staying at a hotel. The staff were rude and didnt deal with am unruly/belligerent 'guest' in the check in area; quote 'just ignore him'. It was very uncomfortable. The hotel was very unkempt; the ice machine on our floor was moldy in the drip tray, carpet was coming up off the floor near our door and almost tripped and fell over it. The outside door that is used to get in was broken so literally anyone could walk inside.

For the price, it was fine for the overnight stay to just sleep, but there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room so if you wanted to heat something you had to go downstairs to the lobby heat it and then go back upstairs but for the price, I guess it was fine

I stayed 3 nights at this hotel, and the staff was mostly friendly and cordial. The problem started just before my last night of stay when their cleaning staff completely cleaned my room as if I was checking out: they took all my clothes, toiletries, and hearing aid charger out of my room. I assumed it had been stolen and went to the front desk to let them know. The night shift had just come on, and they were able to find my hearing aid charger but nothing else. They mentioned there was a maid they suspected was the thief, and they assured me they would look into it. I asked to speak to the manager, but they said the manager wouldn't be in until 9am the next morning. When the manager arrived the next morning, I had to repeat the entire story (nobody had told her about the issue). They looked at camera footage and the cleaning schedule and figured out someone had cleaned my room even though it wasn't on the schedule. However, they couldn't locate the items removed from my room, and the maid who performed the cleaning wouldn't be in until later that day (no attempt to call maid). I had an airplane to catch, so I left my contact info. They called me later that day and claimed they found my items stuffed in an upstairs closet. They took my address and promised to mail the items the next day. Four months later, and I still haven't received my stuff. Every phone call I've made has gone unanswered. If you choose to stay here, don't leave anything in your room when you're not there.

more like a homeless shelter. party or wrestling match in room above, resident of that room outside our window at 3am yelling and swearing at an occupant above. TV was either in Spanish or muted, couldnt get any volume. Heat blew cold

This property is mostly inhabited by the homeless program. Makes no sense for typical customers to stay there. There are literally verbal assaults in rooms and around the parking lots.

My stay during the Snowstorm 19th January 2025

I spent the night at the Westbrook Maine Super 8. I booked it because it was close to work, and i thought it wouldbe a safe place to stay until the snow passed. Unfortunately there was a snow plow every half hour, and my room was facing the street, so it was not as quiet as it could be. That was not Super 8's fault. Luckily the next day, i was not scheduled to work, so it was ok overall. I checked out after breakfast and went home as it was safe enough to do so. The stay was okay, i might return at some point.

Would not recommend. The night we checked in there was trash in the hallway, like housekeeping didn’t dispose of it when cleaning. The room smelled awful and we had to have our keycards activated a dozen times because after we used it once, it wouldn’t work again. Disgusting

My room was changed 2 times and the sheets were still discusting staff made me pay to change rooms said it was a upgrade fee then the upgrade was a referator and it doesn't work water was leaking everywhere from the refrigerator staff asked me if I wanted to check if I wanted to change rooms for the 3rd time at this point I was tired frustrated didn't want to change again how to have the same time happened I just checked out as we were leaving there was a bunch of people hanging out front doing

Got woke up multiple times in the week I booked due to this one guest's dog being let to run up and down the halls as well as non stop barking. There never seems to be any staff available to handle issues and the few that are available only speak Spanish exclusively. Housekeeping has not come to my room once. I’ve been here for a week and a half. I have to take my garbage with me when I go and chase down staff for garbage bags. I had no towels delivered or taken had to deal with that myself as well. My floors thank god I keep them clean but it would be nice if they would at least vaccume these nasty ugly pee stained carpets. I cannot walk barefoot in my room because on day one in the room a needle embedded in the carpet slid into the bottom of my foot. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever had to be at.

Dirty carpet , smell a dog , top blanket on bed had cigarette burns. And I forgot my iPhone charger and when I call front desk They told me nothing was left behind but I know 1000% sure I did cuz. I don’t have it just ordered another one people the work there are RATS
