Beyond Disappointed
Made a reservation here through Hotels.com. Got there to check in and they said that the 3rd party had cancelled our reservation. Contacted Hotels.com, and they denied that. We were left without a room, which we had documentation from Four Points stating that we had a reservation, including a reservation number, and I had already checked in using the Marriott app. I have been a member of Marriott for a long time, and I will be rethinking this, as they have not taken any responsibility in helping fix this situation.
