Very clean and good location
It was great! Very clean. Breakfast was good
Front desk lady was great! They even called before we came to see if we needed anything.
Only complaint is that we requested extra blanket on the phone and they did not put in our room. We had to go back down and get it. And the walls are thin so when neighbors tv is loud our bed was by wall and hard to sleep even over our noise machine! But overall I would still stay again!!
Walked to the lake area and ran and kids skated around the lake. So another bonus
Definitely recommend!

The Property was in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. When you walked in the hotel door it amelled amazing and was very clean. The pool and barbecue area was accessible for a wheelchair.
Our room, even though we did not get a wheelchair accessible room. Was still very accessible. The only downfall to the property is that they do not offer a 2 bedroom to bath suite.

Great hotel to stop at on a road trip, but
We have stayed at this hotel several times because of their pet friendly policy and location on our road trips between Houston and our place in Colorado. It is an excellent hotel with an ok spread of premade food and coffees and teas.
SERVICE from the front desk staff was weird. When we arrived, we went to the desk and the young woman working it completely ignored me. She picked up the phone and began talking but I had the feeling she might be pretending to talk to someone because she didn’t know how to greet a new customer. Something about the whole interaction was off. I know that sounds bizarre just writing it. She hung up the phone and still ignored me, typing something on the keyboard. I was about a foot and a half away from her. So I said hello. I would like to check in please. Nothing.
So I spoke louder. Hello? My husband walked up with our other dog and STILL nothing. He said something. And still nothing!!! So weird. We were looking for another person to speak to because it was just strange and she finally acknowledged us. She checked us in finally but barely spoke at all. She didn’t seemed to have any emotion at all. She didn’t acknowledge the wait, didn’t say anything like have a nice stay or anything. She didn’t seem to have any emotions at all and I don’t know why this person is working in the hospitality industry at all. I might look for another place next time because it was a great room but, it was just so weird and no one else was around. It felt creepy.
