I believe the basic hospitality standards were not met during my stay.
There was no inquiry about my comfort or if I had any inconveniences during checkout.
Simple greetings and interactions were missing. Additionally, I noticed that staff members were often gathered together, chatting, and did not acknowledge guests passing by.
I was quite surprised at the decline in the service quality at this hotel.
Furthermore, the temperature, humidity, and odor management on my floor seemed to be lacking.
