This place is good location near downtown. watch out with the property owners if this place . i only stayed one night and check in at 5 pm . the next day i get a email that the cleaning crew claims that my guest and I stained towels and bed sheet and wants to charge me for the replacemet for the towels and bed sheets.

The house itself is pretty dirty even though they claimed they have cleaning company came and clean between stay. I found a bug inside the coffee machine. As soon as walked inside the house, couple of the areas on the floor are missing tiles. By the kitchen area, the, the wood piece is broken and a nail was exposed. Need to be walking carefully around the kitchen area.
Talking about towels, they leave stain towels in the bathroom, and when you check out, they would claim that you stained them and charge you $50 for a $5 towels.

Clean, comfortable, & THEY RIPPED US OFF
PROS: It was clean, the linens and mattresses were comfortable, good size for 6 people. The living room is small, but the TV had several streaming channels. Affordable.
CONS: Most adjacent homes were ramshackle, with homeless milling about. There was a stale odor in the unit, rat traps in a hall closet, and several receptacles that did not work. Could use simple upgrades.
THE RIP-OFF: We followed all the house rules, but got an email after check-out stating that they kept $125 of our deposit because the cleaning company said we had smoked in the unit which cost them $100 for an ozone machine. They showed a picture of tobacco products, what appeared to be marijuana butts, and an inhaler, next to a small broken mirror, which we were charged $25 to replace. I called the number on the email to let them know that we donโt smoke, none of those items belonged to us, and there was no mirror like that in our unit. Spoke to โJenโ who said she couldnโt help me and that I needed to respond to the email. 3 emails and 2 phone calls later, still no response. I finally called the credit card company to make a formal dispute. This company can not be trusted.
