The reservation was booked for a king bed but when we arrived the Hotel said they did not carry king beds it was only Queen beds. We paid for a king bedroom and that was not given. The hotel always smelled like gas. We reported it toy he front desk and they said they could not do anything about it.

Dirty rooms
Not clean our front desk agent had to check several rooms due rooms being dirty. It was annoying due to the fact we arrived late and still have to wait to get into a room. Hallway was dirty and the room was okay.

Worst experience
I frequent this hotel and I am beyond upset. I had booked a room and they wouldn't check me in stating they were booked full
Why the heck book and accept my reservation when you were full?

Facility seemed nice. When we walked in there were four staff standing behind the counter and seemed annoyed at our presence. One was wrecking a Whataburger. Rooms are bare bones, rented two rooms and had almost a full roll of toilet paper between the two. Bugs in the shower and the sink, had to clean it ourselves. Zero amenities other than a basic gym. Or even a coffee pot, no included breakfast, and told the staff which credit card to run and they ignored me and ran it on the one I told them not to use. No vending, nothing except a very expensive restaurant/bar. All this for $200 a night. I will never ever stay here again and will recommend others use Holiday Inn Express in this town. Very disappointing.

Great service from the front desk as well as restaurant staff.
Only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the 3 days I was there we never got housekeeping services even with the "maid service please" sign as well as there isn't a pool. I understand if they are short staffed though, and couldn't have the housekeeping . Overall, a wonderful stay.
