It was very noisy at night someone stomping around above us. When I questioned the manager about it, he said I live above your room. We did not stay the third night due to the noise and he refused to refund our money. I called this place 0.5 Star Hotel.

This place was anything but the known "Executive Inn and Suites". It was a dingy motel. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom, the non-slip mat was grungy and moldy in the crevices. There was no ice available. The check-in person was rude and ignorant of service dog laws. I had to explain and even argue that service dogs are not pets. It was just very upsetting all around. There was no Mountain View as was advertised.
