WE STAYED 2 NIGHTS AT THIS HOTEL., THE FIRST NIGHT WAS OK. BREAKFAST WAS OK. THE SECOND NIGHT DID NOT GO WELL. ABOUT MIDNIGHT, MY WIFE FELT SOMETHING CRAWLING ON HER, AND SHE KINDA SCREAMED AND SMASH IT WITH THE SHEET. IT WAS A BED BUG. i CALLED AND REPORTED THIS TO THE FRONT DESK AND REQUESTED A DIFFERENT ROOM. MY WIFE WANTED TO PACK UP AND LEAVE RIGHT AWAY. SHE WAS GOING TO SLEEP IN THE CAR IF THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY MORE ROOMS AVAILABLE. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND ANOTHER ROOM ON THE 4TH FLOOR AND THAT ROOM HAD A VERY STRONG MUSTY ODOR SMELL AND MY WIFE WAS NOT HAPPY , SO WE ASK FOR ANOTHER ROOM AND THEY FOUND ANOTHER ROOM ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND THE TOILET DID NOT FLUSH AND MY DAUGHTER SAW A ROACH THAT MORNING IN THIS ROOM AND THIS WAS LIKE 2AM IN THE MORNING. WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL. THE MANAGER WAS NOT IN, THE FRONT DESK CLERK TOOK OUR COMPLAINT AND CELL PHONE NUMBER SO THE MANAGER COULD CALL US. SHE WAS DUE TO COME IN AT 3PM. WE CHECKED OUT AROUND NOON. WE WERE EXPECTING A CALL FROM THE MANAGER TO ASK FOR A REFUND FOR THE 2ND NIGHT FOR THE TERRIBLE AND INCONVENIENT EXPERIENCE. WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE MANAGER.

Elevator Broken

Incredibly nice staff. Very clean facilities. Very very comfortable room. Close to shopping, and downtown Atlanta. Great location. The gym was usable, clean and quiet.
My only issue was housekeeping didnโt come consistently and breakfast sometimes started late. I will definitely be coming back to stay.

Chicken bone on the stairs
We are a traveling band and bring our instruments in. When we arrived at 12:30AM we were informed that the elevator was broken. That, and our rooms were on the fourth floor. We we had to lug all our stuff up four flights. On the way up we saw a chicken bone, a piece of bacon and fruit loops. Then, when we get to the room the air conditioner was not working. I called down and the person behind the desk was super nice and changed our room. But I still had trek down and up the stairs again.

Very unprofessional customer service. Wasnโt any towels or washcloths in our room. Hotel receptionist said they will be right up with the towels. No one never came. I had to go downstairs and retrieve the towels.
