The good looking modern hotel with the most uncomfortable mattresses we have ever slept on. Asking for ice is equivalent to going to a store nearby and buy it for €4.50. Struggled with AC as the controller had few illogical buttons. Expedia lied about a gym - not actually included. It is €6 per session, not per 24 hours as advised by a receptionist. Would not stay here again. NO.

Nothing good in this hotel, service is bad, they don't speak english, expensive parking and breakfast, no wifi in the room. Loud noise in our room. I have booked the junior suite with a double bed and a sofa, but there are no sofa and the double bed is 2 single bed put next to each other. The "double" bed is very uncomfortable, very hard to sleep on, the bed is dirty. The sofa that is met to be there has been replaced with a bunk bed, which must have keys to open it, but the employees of the hotel have no keys. No cleaning of the room, we went out to explore the center commercial and came back to the dirty room we left before going out. Very expensive parking, I have pay 32,30 euro for 1 night, even tho it says 13 euro in the website. I'm very disappointed, last time I visit your hotel.

J(ai passé un excellent séjour dans votre établissement . Le rapport qualité prix est très bien, de plus le personnel du restaurant est très sympathique, et très poli . La variété des menus est très appréciable, et la qualité est parfaite, pour là aussi un tarif tout a fait raisonnable .. La wifi marchait très bien, seul bé mol, la télévision, avec très peu de programmes internationaux, et une offre vraiment très pauvre .. Je pense que ce point là est à revoir. Je reviendrai dans votre établissement lorsque l'occasion se présentera, et je ne manquerai pas de le recommander ,
