Great location in a local neighborhood, not crazy busy like central Rome. Near a lot of great food options and eat to use public transit. Only downside, the self-serve breakfast looked old so we didn't eat any of it.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Bonnavista Inn. La personne sur place et très avenante et joignable pour n'importe quel question. Emplacement idéalement situé (centre de Rome accessible en moins de 20 min à pied) avec de nombreux commerces de proximité.

Foi ótima a experiência. Tem elevador. Local aconchegante e limpo. Cama confortavel e roupas de cama e banho limpas. Banheiro limpo com água quente com ducha forte. Experimentamos torta de mirtilo e adoramos! Havia café para fazer cafeteira elétrica, suco e danone na geladeira. Gostamos muito e recomendo sim a hospedagem. Não tivemos nenhum problema. O proprietário nos acolheu gentilmente, recebemos todas as orientações por mensagem e seguimos o passo a passo. Deu tudo Certo!

O hotel é dentre de um edifício em que funciona outros estabelecimentos, não é tão fácil de localizar. O hotel é bom e limpo. A localização não é táo central, porém de onibus e trem você consegue se deslocar bem pelo centro. Ficar atento no horário do check-in, geralmente não fica ninguém na recepção em alguns horários.

Complessivamente una buona struttura in zona abbastanza centrale (fermata castro pretorio). La macchinetta del caffè a disposizione per tutti una gentilezza che fa veramente salire il punteggio. Camera grande (tripla) ma con lavandino in stanza separato dal bagno. Mi servisse nuovamente qualcosa in zona lo valuterei seriamente.

A melhor parte desta acomodação é que a localização é excelente. Muitos restaurantes, supermercado, lavanderia, e tudo de conveniente no arredores. Porém, quando fiz a reserva eu procurava um hotel com café da manhã, e é como ele está classificado aqui no site. Então é importante só deixar claro que eles não são um hotel. É um apartamento em que eles alugam os quartos. Essa informação deveria ser corrigida na descrição deles aqui no hoteis.com. Eles só têm serviço de quarto a cada 3 dias e não tem café da manhã, de fato. O que eles colocam é, na entrada do apartamento, uma mesa com algumas coisas para lanchar, como croissant, bolo e frutas. E por último, mas não menos importante, o processo do check in é horrível. Eles pedem pra você avisar com antecedência a hora em que vai chegar, e foi o que eu fiz, mas quando eu cheguei ninguém atendia a campainha, nem as minhas ligações, nem as minhas mensagens. A sorte é que eu cheguei em horário comercial e o porteiro do prédio me ajudou a contatá-los depois de 30 mins em que fiquei tentando. Se eu tivesse chegado fora do horário comercial, provavelmente eu teria ficado na rua. Como eu gosto de ficar em hotel, e gosto de lugares organizados, não voltaria.

We had a pleasant stay at Bonnavista Inn. Like many B&Bs in Italy we stayed at, breakfast was limited to coffee and tea bags, but they also provided milk in the fridge and some croissants. One of the room was exceptionally spacious, perfect for traveling with kids, and with only three rooms in the property, it was very quiet. Everything was clean, and we enjoyed the nice view. There were supermarkets, restaurants, gelato shops, and a pharmacy all within a short walk. We used the metro every day; while it wasn’t right next door, it was convenient enough, especially since bus service in Rome seemed unreliable. The blackout curtains, air conditioning, comfortable pillows and mattress all made for excellent sleep every night.

This B&B is perfect for 1 night stay for next day flight or train. The room is very clean, spacious. Rate includes very simple continential breakfast. Giulia is very nice, courteous and helpful. Thank you.

This is an apartment which has been converted into three guest rooms. The walls are quite thin meaning you can clearly hear other guests in the hallway as well as when they are talking in their rooms. The double room was fairly old and not well maintained. There was mould present in the bathroom between the tiles and the ceiling. Throughout the stay we found several ants in the room. The breakfast is quite poor, it consists of cake - the same cake had been left sitting out for the duration of our 3 night stay, and pre-packed pastries. The location is good with several bus stops close by going towards the centre of Rome.

La chambre était très bien, l’arrivée très facile, les équipements étaient suffisant. Cependant j’ai trouvé embêtant que le ménage ne soit pas fait dans la chambre en cours de séjour, 4 jours dans une chambre de 4 personnes dont un bébé avec des couches, ce n’est pas normal. Nous avons dû aller chercher nous même du ravitaillement en papiers toilettes. Je vous laisse imaginer le sol après 4 jours de cohabitation. Le petit déjeuner est mince mais suffisant, par contre il faut renouveler, la brioche déjà entamée à notre arrivée, toujours là à notre départ, jusqu’à quand ? L’emplacement est très sympa, très facile pour bouger dans Rome avec le bus et le métro. Et le restaurant juste en dessous est super !

Cute and small B&B. My only comment would be the breakfast which was lacking - would have liked fruit options instead of packed donuts, sweets. May have just been the week we were there though. The owners are very sweet and offer to assist in any way. It was a perfect location with so many authentic dining options within walking distance. I was able to walk majority of my trip without needing transportation which I loved. Would recommend this spot if you want a quieter place away from the more touristy spots.

Appartement propre, mais je mattendais a un hôtel ! Pas d'eau dans la cuisine, petit dejeuner a revoir ! Pas de café, une machine a café avec capsule mais ne fonctionne pas, obligée d'envoyer un message pour avoir du papier toilette. Apparement présence d'une personne maisventre 11 h et 14 h heure ou jetais en visite dans Rome. Correct dans l'ensemble mais je prefere l'hôtel

Overall the property and the stay was great. There is an apartment with three bedrooms. Giulia was a great host, but at the checkout there was two unkind and strange men that received the keys. The breakfast is not really a breakfast, as this is a juice and cereal but nothing else. Also, the reality of the breakfast is that you have to look at the kitchen the food and see what you can eat. The person who fill the kitchen was sick and for two days we only had for breakfast 1/4 of glass of juice and one cereal plate for two, my mom and me. The room is cozy and beautiful with all the things you need. The transport to the downtown is perfect or you can walk to there
