Feedback regarding my stay at A Hotel Roskilde (July 11โ13, 2025)
I had booked a stay at A Hotel Roskilde from July 11 to July 13, 2025, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
Before check-in, I tried several times to contact the hotel for information, but received no response. After check-in, I found that the room was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned properly after the previous guests had checked out.
I contacted both the hotel staff and Hotels.com to request a solution, but was told there were no similar rooms available, and that I could not receive a refund. No alternative room or compensation was offered, which I find highly unsatisfactory.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend A Hotel Roskilde or Hotels.com to others. The level of service and how the situation was handled were unacceptable.
