Bedroom windows do not close all the way and are very thin, you could hear all the noise from outside even late at night. The neighborhood is very unsafe, you can't walk outside after dark. There is a lot drugs and gangs hanging around. No one at the hotel spoke English not even the manger. The rooms look very old and bathroom shower was very tiny and dirty. The bedrooms were freezing, they don't have heat or air containing. I would not recommend staying there at all. I paid for a whole week of stay there and could only stay there for 1 night. I had to get another hotel which cost me a fortune because it was last minute.

The area where is located is unsafe, needs just a little more maintenance, but very clean and very friendly people. I would recommend it, just ask the employees where not to go around there.

This was a great hotel for the price. Especially impressed by the front desk staff. The included breakfasts were quite good and the kitchen staff were friendly and accommodating. Only disappointment was the location as far as restaurants and shopping.

-Sheets had a hole, in addition sheets and towels were stained.
-Shower sprayed water everywhere and every time the whole bathroom floor would get wet.
-The bathroom roof was yellow stained.
-The TV did not work.
-The electricity outlets were dangerous, almost got electrocuted.
-The bed was not actually a king bed but two regular beds placed together.
-We would have to call the hotel to turn on the hot water everyday due to low occupancy.
-There was no AC in the room.
Overall, have more complains because the quality was horrific.

The staff is very friendly, professional, and went out of their way to be helpful. The location is great. It’s a five minute walk to San Diego area with restos, banks, coffee shopS , and a nice park. The Transmilanio bus hub is also there. Go the other direction and five minutes you are in Santa Fe and can enjoy all it has to offer. There are good local eateries right across the street. Some rooms have nice view of the mountains. I plan on staying here again . Great value

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to cater to all of my needs. Even coming to my room and showing me how to get the TV into English. When I needed a taxi to go sightseeing . All I had to do was go to the front desk and within minutes I had a taxi driver they trusted there to pick me up. I am an American with a very limited Spanish vocabulary. Using Google translate I was able to communicate perfectly with the staff. They then used Google translate on their phones to communicate back to me. The staff Was very dedicated to making sure everyone was using PPE protection and hand sanitizing stations throughout the whole hotel. Each Morning the staff prepared a wonderful breakfast for you. The rooftop gazebo was an excellent place to sit and relax in the afternoon and drink a couple of beers. Which was nice after a long day of sightseeing Right outside the doors of the hotel there were a few cafeteria/cantinas that had very delicious empanadas and other local delicacies. I also found a craft beer shop called BBC. It had a great atmosphere and was within about 200 yards of the hotel . The hotel is so conveniently located within walking distance to downtown, The planetarium, the National Museum of Columbia, and also the Montserrat. In the downtown area there were so many restaurants to choose from even during this time of COVID-19. I had no issues finding some great food. I would definitely consider this hotel again on my next trip back.
