Great weekend stay. The reception staff are absolutely fantastic, friendly and helpful. The hotel is literally brand new, so everything works flawlessly and the decor feels fresh and not too generic. Location wise, lots of places to eat nearby, few minutes walk to the river and tube station. Only improvement could with the servicing of the rooms, they are done very late in the day and things like milk, water coffee etc were not topped up. Overall had a lovely stay and could happily recommend this hotel.

It's a very new hotel , so very clean and nicely decorated. Staff very friendly. Dorian in the cafe area rycroft I think was helpful .food was nice also . Breakfast was very nice also but need Canadian/English Bacon rather than just well done streaky Bacon . Would have been near perfect if not for the Bacon. Only one big problem with the hotel is if you are travelling alone with a wheelchair electric or otherwise you may find it difficult and frustrating. First wheelchair lift into building is ok ,if not a little temperamental. But the second is the problem. In order to either go to the restaurant or the toilets, you need to get a member of staff to turn it on with a key . Send you up ,you go do your thing then again need member of staff to get the key and send you down . This frustrating in not even embarrassing to sit around and wait publicly while staff happily i might add Hunt around for keys . Was told it was for health and safety reasons. But you can use the first lift no problem but second nope . Things can be done to the lift to mitigate any safety concerns. Luckily for us , there was two of us one in a chair so the other could hunt the key each time . Some sort of automated doors to the rooms lift might help. Overall hotel , staff and food great . But considering only opened this year disability concerns should be better.

In this case it's a brand new hotel that needs some breaking in and changes to room locations and sizes. We booked a double Queen Room at 500£ a night and were never told, and thus very disappointed, to be in the sub-basement. We were told all double-rooms are in the basement and sub-basement. They were tiny with only enough room for the two double beds, a closet and single bathroom. The rest of the stay was perfect just avoid the double-rooms!

I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding the condition of my room upon check-in. When I entered the room after checking in, I found that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned. There were visible urine stains on the toilet, which was both unpleasant and unacceptable. I have taken photographs documenting its condition. I called Housekeeping three times, yet it took approximately 30 minutes for someone to arrive. When I contacted the front desk agent who had checked me in, I was told that Housekeeping was currently busy and that my request could not be prioritized. This was extremely disappointing. After checking into what I expected to be a clean and properly prepared room, I was instead greeted by a toilet with visible urine stains. This falls well below the standard I would expect from your hotel and significantly affected my arrival experience.

朝食バイキングはクラシックフルブレックファーストで美味しいです。部屋にバスタブはありません。トイレ＆シャワー室は広々。洗面ボールは部屋によってサイズが異なり、洗面周りに何も置けないトイレ手洗用の小さなものが設置されている部屋もあります。７Fでも時々下水のにおいが気になることがあります。歯ブラシ、スリッパ、バスローブなどは、部屋に備えられておらず、受付に依頼して無料提供いただけます。ドライヤー、紅茶、ネスプレッソはあります。冷蔵庫にはコンデンスミルク2本が入っていました。空調やベッドの寝心地は快適です。
