Huge rooms, newer property. Would definitely stay here again if I get back to Harrisburg! We were up early to catch a flight from Harrisburg, they had muffins and donuts out at 4am! Breakfast started at 6 or 6:30. Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time!

Nuovo, pulito, solo una persona alla reception che deve anche portare i clienti in aeroporto con lo shuttle. Arrivato alla reception per il check in ho dovuto aspettare mezz’ora perché non c’era il personale, impegnato appunto nel servizio shuttle aeroporto. Colazione terribile! Praticamente nulla!!!!

There should be at least 1 more mirror in the room other than the 1 in bathrooms. Hard for multiple ppl to get readyvat once. Also outlets with USB charging ports should be available. None at all in the room for charging without having a wall plug

The hotel was great. There was an issue checking in..they didn't have our reservation from Hotels.com, but they handled it and got us a room even though overbooked. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast was good. Two waffle machines, oatmeal, granola bars, fruit, yogurt and cereals. There was no bread of any kind or eggs just so you are aware. The location was great.

We booked our stay through Expedia and when we arrived they had no reservation for us but they still accommodated us and were very professional, I gave them a copy of my receipt for Expedia and they said they would take care of it by contacting Expedia. So now I'm leary of booking with Expedia, but thankful the staff at Mainstay were efficient.

The room was clean and bright. The staff was friendly. However, there was nothing in the hotel room listing the amenities available and their location. No TV listing or how to work the apps on the TV. The internet was spotty and thus not able to cast something on the TV from the phones since we couldn't figure out how to access the cable channels. Breakfast was bare bones. It was fine for the weekend, but will choose to stay somewhere else in the future.

Price was right, bed was super comfortable. Room was great for short or long stay. 5 minute drive to airport. BUT...zero USB charging ports! In the last 10 years, I've only run into one other hotel with no charging ports. This screams "I'm stuck in the 90s". It's a cheap amenity, they should add them on each side of the bed and in the work area. Small gripe, but would make a huge impact.

Hotel switched me from a suite to a regular room, promised compensation if I took room, then reneged the next day after I said Ok. Pretty classless.
