The apartment is very nice, quiet, close to the sea, with nice comfortable bed(s) and two conditioners that are really effective against the hot Italian weather. There were a bunch of things that the owner could have done better: first of all the owner is not a person but a company. That is OK if communication is prompt but we had unfortunately very slow response time (in days) when asking about the broken bidet (which is not a big problem abut remained broken for the whole stay). Second issue, the apartment building had some work being done and the inside was a bit dirty (probably dust or sand and some ants). Lastly, and maybe that was the most unexpected, no toilet paper was left for our 3-day stay . Fortunately salt, coffee and olive oil was there but it was not clear if left by the owner or previous dwellers. It is likely we would go back there but it all depends on the price. We think that what we paid for it this time around was fair.
