Had a wonderful stay with my family of four. We had a room with bunk beds. The bedroom was a little tight with the bunks downs but the bathroom was very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Alexei at the front desk was amazing! We loved chatting with him and he was so helpful.

Enjoyed our overnight on the edge of the old town. Easy walking to many restaurants, shopping, and major sights. Only 12 rooms. Updated nicely. Parking in individual garages if reserved ahead. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The location and reservable secure parking was fantastic. The room was good but small and tight with king bed in it. Shower door was silly half door that allowed bathroom floor to be soaked. Staff was excellent. Room was clean except for large whirlpool bath had much hair in it. Overall good value and was nice place to stay.

Excellent location for a quick stop in Orleans. Staff all friendly. We had the breakfast which was nice and plentiful. Parking was 20 euros but it was on site so very convenient.

We loved the location of this hotel - super close to all there is to see in lovely Orelans. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Staff were very friendly, in particular Daniela who was so helpful in getting us orientated and recommended some great restaurants and bars. Dreadful micro tiny dark rooms
Dreadful dark small room with a view of a ladder. Not suitable for couples. I had upgraded room but it was quite micro sized. No place for luggage. We left early. Skip the breakfast, not worth it as there is the best bakery in town steps from the hotel.

Stunning on the inside. I loved the old-world ambiance and the beautiful furnishings. The coffee served in silver service was ooh-la-la! The room size was adequate, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom had a huge bathtub that involved a huge step up and over to get into. There was no shower curtain and the low mount of the handheld shower awkward to use.

Great location but accessible bedroom too small.
The hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel ideal for exploring the city on foot, just two minutes walk from the main square. The only downside was the size of our room: I am a wheelchair user and had booked the only accessible room. The room is very small and it was extremely difficult to manoeuvre the chair around the room. The roll in shower had no seat (luckily I had a shower stool with me).

At check in things went pear shaped as we were told one of the rooms had been cancelled- This was not the case as per my booking on the Expedia App 2 rooms booked and paid in November 2022 - Our travel companion was told her room was cancelled and the hotel was fully booked so she had to get a booking at another hotel - Then the hotel debited my credit card for the 2 nights after telling them the room was pre paid to Expedia in November. So now I am waiting on a reply to one receive a credit back as I have for 2 nights twice and we need a credit back for our travel companion as she did not get to stay the 2 nights in the Hotel that was pre paid and has had to pay for 2 nights at a different hotel. I am looking forward to this being resolved ASAP as a long standing Gold Member with countless bookings over many years. The Hotel offered no apologies for the mix up and tried to blame me for the room cancelation till I showed them the confirmation on the booking App
