I liked the shopping, and services inside the property, but the security service was rude at first encounter, and provided a bad first impression. The night concierge was very argumentative, and provided wrong arguments to defend the hotel on their lack of accommodation, and basic service of the hotel. Their was a lot of Flies, and the restaurant staff didn't understand that their were a bad mix with the foid service, and consumption, almost like if that was normal. It is not.
The pool was inaccessible for 2 days due to maintenance with the water changing colors to a greenish undesirable color of the water that the staff credited to maintenance. It sounded like a another bad explanation to protect the hotel than to provide excellent service in informing the client with accurate information...
