Great location you can make work but…
When we arrived some letters of the lighted sign was out. We left 3 days later and all of “Westover” lights were burnt out. The place was decent and had a great full size kitchen equipped for cooking. If you’re planning on working here the internet is horrible and spotty at best. The Murphy bed is ok with flat pillows. Don’t bother putting the bed up to sit on as the couch underneath is from the 1980’s and pretty questionable. The lobby is stark bright white and devoid of soul. The floors in the unit are never mopped and dirty upon arrival. We asked the front desk for a broom and told him that our floors were dirty. No apology, he just handed us a broom. 2 of the most uncomfortable kitchen stools ever. The Venetian blinds keep out zero sunlight so bring an eye mask. The fan in the bathroom connected to the light is oddly loud. The lighting in the unit is blindingly bright. Elevator sounded like it crashed upon landing on the first floor every time. Don’t use the washer/dryer in unit. Clothes came out dirtier than when they went in and we had some pretty dirty clothing from outdoor excursions. Location is great but overall the hotel is pretty underwhelming. Decent price considering the location but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Unbeatable location and huge room
Our stay was perfect! The location can’t be beat with a block from the beach and CVS right next door. They also have a small bar and a little market inside the hotel which was great. They were very accommodating and the room was huge and had everything we needed! Highly recommend!

Here’s the translation: “The hotel left us without water for more than two hours and without internet, and we, the guests, had to figure it out ourselves since they never informed us about the problem. After leaving the hotel, I wrote to them requesting a credit, but it seems they gave us a fake email address because I’ve written more than four times and haven’t received any response. I recommend that if something like this happens to you, don’t leave the hotel until you get an explanation or a credit.”

Large room that is great value for the low price compared to other hotels on Collins Ave. Probably because I'd visited off-season just after hurricane Milton, there was no real reception or concierge, and getting in the first time wasn't possible without a keyfob or a guest letting me in. The staffer upon my exit only spoke spanish and had difficulty letting me know that my checkout/bill would be emailed. Other than that, the room was huge and clean with full kitchen and laundry facilities, and consideration had been made for customer safety as "under/over door attacks" weren't possible as hotel doors were made more like plugs.

Many troubles with the toilet, the shower and the WiFi. The hotel need some renovation and maintain. The employes and mangers are not happy when comes time to do request so they become agressif. Poor empathy !

This hotel is a gem for families traveling with kids. There’s a kitchen in the rooms so I was able to cook. There’s no pool, no restaurant onsite, during the time we stayed, bartender was MIA. The front desk agent made me a drink. When we communicated with staff they were nice.

I stayed there over a week and it seemed I was the only person there. The staff super super rude . Was going to extend my stay but manager I spoke with was more concerned about charging me late check out and that turned me off and made me change my mind … Had 15 min to leave. Security was called on me. I’m disabled and 39 and weigh like 90 pounds and paid my week … That Wasn’t necessary… made me feel like I was criminal or something. Was terrible and I’m traumatized. Never ever with them again M M M M M M M M M I stayed there for a week. I am resident her in Miami Beach because I only stay there because my apartment roof collapsed send, they found out by roof inspectors that there’s mold so that being said, I wanted to extend to the end of the month and when I called to speak with manager about extending And her response was you don’t I’m going to charge you $89 for late check out in 20 min you have left… I of course, did not wanna extend my stay after being treated in such a manner and they couldn’t even accommodate me even after I stayed there for a week Yes, I’m leaving sorry

Absolut in Ordnung
Das Hotel ist gepflegt, das Zimmer für uns (Familie mit 2 Kindern) ausreichend groß. Es liegt sehr nah am Strand und mit dem Bus ist man in wenigen Minuten in South Beach. Wenige Minuten entfernt gibt es ein Parkhaus, das nur 8$ am Tag kostet. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen.

I had a reservation here and I had the e mail to confirm this they gave me a different room that did not accommodate the amount of people I had with me. They didn’t fix it or make things right when with my confirmation e mail. So I left the hotel and did not stay. And when we went to the room that they had given us that wasn’t the correct room the sheets were dirts and the toilet was not clean.
