Staff was friendly. There is a need for more staff because it seemed a lot for one person. First room had dead bug but was able to move with ease. There was an advertisement in the lobby of the fee for dishes but found out it wasn't completely true.

I enjoyed my stay and was very comfortable. Room was bare bones but that's what I expected it to be. Room was clean and tidy. Would have liked a hand towel but bath towels and wash cloths were adequate. Overall a pleasant one night stay.

I would give the property a 8/10 just because the cleanliness of the room. When I walked in the floors were visible dirty as well as the countertops but it was fixed easily. The front desk works especially Tierra we’re phenomenal. The location is literally right of the interstate in a nice area.

Best stay ever!
This hotel is amazing! The room was was so clean you would think this is a new hotel. I love that it included a fridge, microwave, and stove top burner. There is a laundry facility on-site with a dollar changing machine that included 5 washers and 8 dryers. The elevator worked well, the cable was great. This was a great find, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Fast food restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk away.

Andre is a real CLOWN. I got to the property before 10 and was waiting in line, he moved as slow as he could and after he slowly checked in the people in front of me he closed the window and said "you should of been here before 10 l'm a regular employee" '. Learn customer service! Told me to call a number and no one answered. It's on camera I was in there before 10. It’s been a hassle getting my stolen money back

Only liked that rhe property was close by the event that i was stying to attend and it was quiet. I did not like the conditions of the room and that they did not let mr know that there was only a full bed available when i had 2 adults staying, know there was a no refund policy.
