We actually got moved to Hotel Bouquet who’s is a partner hotel and was an AMAZING stay! I would recommend Hotel Bouquet anytime! If I go back to San Miguel Allende, I would definitely have to stay there! Very clean, they have a great restaurant and the front desk receptionists were very nice! The general manager was very nice as well. She was very accommodating. Strongly recommend!

I enjoyed staying at this property. It was quiet and relaxing. Decor was nice and simple with a modern feel. The only thing that I did not like is that the internet did not reach uper level where my room was. Stairs to go upstairs are a little narrow too.

The room itself is not bad but it gets very loud in the morning with the cars. Also not enough towels for everyone that room was booked for and when asked they didn’t have any.

The room was full of mosquitos! I asked at front desk for raid repellent plug in (plaquettes) or something, and the lady came to me to tell me they don’t offer that but there was a pharmacy near to the hotel where I can buy it. What kind of service is that? Was a bad night with tons of mosquito bits.

Pros: Great location, close to main plaza, shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly. Cons: No closet space. Closet consisted of 4 hangers on the curtain rod. No drawers to put clothes in and nonplace to put suitcase other than on the floor. Water damage on ceiling and walls. Smelled moldy. Had to open the sliding window to air out the room when we came back at the end of the day. No sound proofing at all. If anyone was in the courtyard or in the entry way, it sounded like they were in the room with us. Would not stay here again.

Hay muchos mosquitos que no te dejan dormir, no hay aire acondicionado ni ventilador hace bastante calor, solo hay dos mini mini ventanas con mosquitero definitivamente no hay ventilación, pero la habitación si es linda, no hay estacionamiento en la propiedad pero tienen convenio con uno, te cobran el servicio por separado recogen tu auto y se lo llevan al estacionamiento eso si estuvo bien

El cuarto era muy pequeño, parecía improvisado, las paredes eran de tablaroca, no había agua caliente, estaba lleno de moscos, no servía la TV, la regadera no tenía espacio para el jabón o el shampoo, el baño estaba lleno de humedad y todos los ruidos se escuchaban y si querías servicio de estacionamiento te cobraban $300 pesos, con llamado anticipado de 30 min

El servicio es malo, el acceso a la habitación es insegura, las escaleras son muy peligrosas. En la reserva decía que tenía wifi y al llegar me avisaron que en las habitaciones no tenían wifi, el televisor no funcionaba además de que no tienen ningún tipo de señal. El mobiliario es muy básico. La limpieza es regular Está en el centro pero hay otros lugares para hospedaje mucho mejores

El hotel está súper bien ubicado, en una de las principales calles del centro de San Miguel, por lo que puedes ir caminando a todos lados; tienes restaurantes, tiendas, farmacias, todo caminando. Lo malo es que como es calle principal, suele ser muy ruidosa, pero aún así puedes descansar.
