noisy with rats
I had 6 nights total at the hotel. When I arrived I was told the room I reserved did not have wifi so I was put in a different room that was not as night. In the ceiling outside of a my room a whistle like noise was going off every few minutes. My room did not have hot water but I discovered it too late in the evening to want to switch rooms. I came to regret this decision because the pipes in the ceiling were so loud I had difficulty sleeping. In the morning when I still had no hot water my room was moved. The staff did try to clean quickly so I cold make the change in enough time to shower and get to work on time. On my second evening around 7pm a scratching noise started in the room. It would not go away and I eventually figured out I was some type of animal. After regretting not swathing rooms the night before I noticed the staff. I was told they were well aware of rats in the hotel and there was nothing they could do. I did not sleep again that night. I ended up with a migraine and had to miss my work the next day from lack of sleep. The scratching started again on my third night and I instead on moving rooms so I did not miss the rest of the work I was in town for. I was switched to a room where the wifi and TV did not work but at least it was quiet enough that I could sleep.
