Simple and basic lodging but everything that you need for a budget, eco-friendly stay. No kitchen but shared refrigerator and Microwave available for abundant local fruits and veggies. The landlord is next door and always easily accessible/responsive to any questions and needs. Excellent central location, close to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again since it is simply the best deal in Saipan!

It’s a guesthouse, not a 5 star hotel. It serves its purpose well and Jenny at the front desk is awesome. She offered a few suggestions on best ways to get to a few places and even arranged for a return ride to the airport. Many restaurants and stores are just a few steps away. Hard Rock Cafe is a 10 minute walk.
