Banheiro muito pequeno , tinha que fazer malabarismo pra usar, cama um pouco dura mas isso realmente é algo pessoal a atendente no check in muito simpática, já as funcionárias do café da manhã pouco comunicativas, solicitei um omelete me.falaram que só seria mexido o dono mais seus amigos pediam ovos fritos e prontamente atendidos. Otima Localização. Lugar sempre impecavelmente limpo. Atendimento nota 10. As meninas do cafe da manha são todas umas PRINCESAS ...sempre atendendo feliz da melhor forma que se possa imaginar, fazendo tapiocas e ovos quentinho e na hora, agradando de todas as formas....sempre de bom humor e com a maior agilidade possivel. Alias, o atendimento de todos em Arraial dájuda não tem igual em lugar nenhum do Brasil. Povo de Sao Paulo deveria fazer curso de bom Atendimento em Arraial Dájuda para aprender como receber e tratar seus clientes: com simplicidades, sem arrogância, com precisão, agilidade e principalmente um tratamento com empatia

Simples mas aconchegante...
Ja é nossa segunda vez na pousada, simples mas mto aconchegante. A localização é ótima, no centro, alguns metros do início da rua Mucugê, o estacionamento é na frente da pousada, nunca tivemos problema, mas pelo fato de ser fora da pousada nos finais de semana corre o risco de não ter vaga. Os quartos são simples, ar condicionado novo, tv, frigobar, mas as janelas e a porta são antigas e pode entrar claridade atrapalhando quem gosta de dormir até tarde. O café da manhã é simples, mas tudo mto bem feito e delicioso, e ainda fazem tapioca a pedido. Os funcionários da pousada são atenciosos e simpáticos, alguns dias lá e vc já se sente em casa. Sempre que voltarmos pra Arraial a pousada será nossa primeira opção.
