Perfect location!
Wonderful stay. Comfortable bed. Large bathroom and shower (with great water pressure). Coffee, kettle, ironing board and hair dryer. Walk around the corner and you are at the Hotel Frontenac, walk down the street for your every shopping desire, walk the next street your choice of restaurants. Easy check-in, wonderful staff.

The property was clean and comfortable and a good value. But, note that there is no elevator and some rooms are on the third floor (so four long flights of stairs) Not a deal breaker, but be warned. And the property shares an entrance with a Subway sandwich place. Also, note that parking is a block or two away. Again, not a deal breaker. The big issue with our stay was the absolutely horrible customer service. When we arrived, I called them because I hadn't received an access code from them. They rudely told me to check my email (which I had done and didn't find anything from them). She said she sent it and told me to check again, she was unwilling to help me in any way. After three phone calls, she finally gave me an access code. Went through the same process getting the WiFi password. Based on their abysmal and rude service, I can't recommend staying at this place.

Stayed on top floor. Be prepared to climb 4 storey building as first floor is subway and room 101 is on 2nd floor. Spacious room, room needed a minor cleaning by window but overall clean. Comfy bed. My favourite was the location as it is literally 2 min walk to chateau frontenac and christmas market. Parked at 7 rue pierre olivier chauveau. There are couple more underground parking but this one had the highest clearance of 1.85m. Parking was $20/day. You can park few min to offload in front of the hotel when spot is available but be aware i’ve seen a car got a ticket. I walk slow and took me only 5 min from parking to hotel.

room security issue
location is amazing. matress is so comfortable. All the pans and pots were in bad condition. In fact, we were happy with everything overall. But there was a huge weakness in the most critical thing. security issue Login is done with the passwords sent via e-mail. The entrance door and apartment door password were the same. This gave us the impression that the password for all rooms was the same. If you are told that this is not the case and that the password for each room and exterior door is different, this may not solve your problem. Because a homeless person slept at the entrance of the apartment building with a subway for two days. He was a very kind person. There is nothing I can say to him in life circumstances. But if he sees the 4-digit password lying there out of the corner of his eye, he will be able to enter the room directly. There is no extra lock behind the door. While you are inside, you still face the possibility of someone breaking in with your password. This issue made us uncomfortable. It made us ignore all the other beauties.
