Excellent hotel, staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and big, bathroom / shower facilities are good. Didn't get to use the swimming pool but pool table was good fun especially since I was traveling with friends. Location is excellent, 5 mins away from Petra entrance.

Don't recommend
The bed sheets were dirty, when they came to change them, even the new ones had dark stains on them. The gym was not a gym, a few outdated machines next to the pool. The service was average, but I would not rate the hotel a 4 star.

Great Stay (if you don't mind the smell of smoke)
For the most part, we enjoyed our stay in Tetra Tree Hotel. We were a bit frustrated that we had booked connecting rooms, and were given rooms across the hall, but appreciated the hotel's efforts to apologize with a free breakfast as well as fruit baskets. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. We downgraded on comfort/cleanliness because though the rooms are non-smoking, the hallway, lobby, and upstairs almost always smelled of smoke, and the smell often entered the rooms from the hallway. Given that several of us are very sensitive to smoke, that was a bit annoying as well. If you don't mind the smell of smoke, it is a great place to stay, most rooms have a nice view, and we enjoyed the pool (and pool table) downstairs.

Excellent tout simplement
Excellent hôtel. Un accueil exceptionnel avec beaucoup de bons conseils pour visiter Pétra (exemple : rentrer par la porte arrière en prenant le Shutlle bus). Possibilité d'avoir un panier repas pour la visite de Pétra, et de nombreuses activités disponibles. La chambre spacieuse, très propre, avec une bonne clim, un matelas très bon (la chambre avait été refaite à neuf). Nous retiendrons surtout la gentillesse et l’accueil du Responsable qui fut exceptionnel. Hôtel avec piscine couverte et petit déjeuner inclus à un très bon prix. Emplacement de l'hôtel à 5mn en voiture de Pétra et 3mn du centre-ville. Enfin, superbe vue depuis notre chambre (la 208) sur la ville et le merveilleux coucher de soleil.

Proper hotel
We verbkeven 1 nacht in dit verzorgd hotel. Alles was heel proper. er is weinig parkeerruimte. we moesten de auto in de straat parkeren. We aten BBQ in het restaurant vanwaar je een prachtig zicht had over Petra. Er was ook een lekker ontbijt. Alles was ok en het was slechts een 5-tal minuten van de archeologische siye van Petra.
