I can't say enough good things about The Baywood Bed & Breakfast. This was my second visit, and it was just as lovely as the first. The cleanliness of the room is beyond any five-star establishment that I have stayed in. And the breakfast that is cooked by the Host Mike puts any breakfast I've had in any dining establishment to shame! I HIGHLY recommend the Baywood to anyone looking to enjoy a quiet, peaceful and relaxing experience.

This stay was wonderful. The host was informative and friendly and the location on the Chesapeake Bay was beautiful with an amazing private beach. This is a place for a quiet stay as Cape Charles is about 15 minutes north. The room was comfy and breakfast was great.

The property had easy access to beach. The view from our room was stunning. Mike was an excellent host and we enjoyed talking with him. His knowledge of the history of the area was an added bonus to our stay. Breakfast was a real treat with an Italian egg dish, homemade muffins. sausage,fruit,juice and coffee. Anniversary Trip
My husband and I went to celebrate our anniversary. It was perfect! Nice and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the private beach and relaxing to the sound of the water. Mark was very hospitable and showed us around the property. Breakfast was amazing. Our room was clean and perfect for watching a gorgeous sunset over the water from our balcony. We will definitely be back!
