When check-in, I requested a non-smoking room, and the air conditioner in the room was noisy, so I changed the room once.

The Sheraton has a good location, but the facilities are old, poorly maintained and, crucially, the attitude of the staff is very unkind.
Guest who are unfamiliar with the pronunciation of non-English speaking countries, in particular, may meet the uncomfortable attitude of non-English speaking countries staff.
If someone don't understand the English of many countries, they should better find another hotel.
In my experience, Sheraton did not provide luxurious 5 star hotel services in Abu Dhabi.
It wasn't good even compared to other hotels with similar price points.
I have experience visited 15 hotels in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
If the old hotel is well maintained and the staff are friendly, it can be a classic luxury hotel.
