Great hotel! Only a few blocks from broadway! Rooms were clean and comfortable....bathroom could be bigger and use a few renovations, But still nice! Has a rooftop restaurant/bar with amazing views and pretty good food!

Self parking card reader was a mess, which then caused us to have to get 3 cars behind us to move and back up and pay more for parking which was unexpected.

Perfect for Wheelchair user
Annoying that our room wasnโt ready at 4pm but they were awesome and gave us a room to hang out in until it was. 45 min tops. The Ada wheelchair room was one of the best, most accessible Iโve ever stay in despite lots of travel. Plenty of space, bed wasnโt 10ft high, auto curtains and bathroom perfect!

Parking was a nightmare and there was very little help. There is one elevator to the parking deck and it is slow. There seemed to always be a line waiting regardless of time of day. We had continued issues entering and exiting the garage with our validation ticket. It seemed as if everyone passed the buck when asking for help. Valet sent us to front desk, front desk sent us back to valet, who then returned to front desk to get another validation, which then did not work.
As for the room, coffee provided in the room was not good, but the bed was very comfortable. Hotel bar was nice and food was a step up from bar food. Service at the bar was great.

It was my second time back to Nashville and I stayed at this hotel before. Everything was great last time around however this time at check in i was served with attitude and really unprofessional. Seemed like i was bothering the front desk agent. The second thing I didnโt like was the fact every morning needed to call to room service to clean the room. Beside that the stay was great and the staff is friendly.

Good location .. Breakfast included in our rate and was very good. All staff helpful and friendly. Nice rooftop bar with great views. Valet parking was expensive but I think it is everywhere
