Needs Maintained-Nothing Working In Room
I really wanted to love this hotel. It was clean (minus the pool needing a good scrub), the food was good for a hotel breakfast buffet, the cookies for afternoon snack were DELICIOUS, the staff was friendly (minus Dayton). HOWEVER, the entire wall of rooms we were in did not have heat/AC and the TVs did not work. We also had a ceiling water leak in the bathroom. When trying to work with hotels.com and the hotel for a partial refund, Dayton was untrained and too lazy to ask questions or even attempt to help. It took me a hour going back and forth from the front desk due to Dayton’s laziness to get the issue resolved. Summer was amazing and for all the complaints she received due to so many rooms not functioning, she deserves a raise! The condition and lack of maintenance and untrained Dayton speaks volumes to the lack of job management is doing to make sure staff is trained and facilities are in working order. We brought our issues up to staff and management within two hours of check in and 2-3 times daily, but they were never resolved. Upon check out day and hearing lots of others complaints is when I realized the entire wall of rooms was not functioning.
