Speak Up for Best Service
We had an accessible room but the bed was too high for my husband, in wheelchair, to get into without me having to push and pull him. The bathroom was perfect and the room large. The listing did not say there was room cleaning only twice a week and i was very upset about this, especially when it didn't get cleaned on the day I was told it would. When i complained, the front clerk said she would send sheets and i could make our bed . I said i expected them to do this. We left the hotel for dinner and returned to find entire room clean and bed made. And they cleaned room the next day too. I thanked them and left maids a decent tip. I think hotel listings should warn you about these things and that accessible rooms should always get daily cleaning. After i complained, then thanked, drsk clerk, she was sweet. Also, the egg burrito for breakfast was excellent.
