Pls. overchrged money back!
I checked-in at Sept. 01, 2019 and checked-out at Sept. 03, 2019 so I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Before my arrivals, I sent my message on early arrival on hotel email address but no reply at all. And, This hotel overcharged on my debit card(; $ 147 more) at Checked-in date than my actual payment. When I checked-out, the front desk staff explaned the overcharge amount money will be back to my account but it isn`t be back to my account at all. Because the hotel wasn`t reply on guest email, so I would like to claim the overcharged money back to my account to Harbor court hotel ASAP. If you as future guest try to make reservation to this hotel, I recommand to use credit card (do not use debit card) for your safe. I think the facility of this hotel- esp. lobby area and room`s bathroom- was not good as 4 star hotel`s quality as I compare other 4 star hotels. I think the entrance of hotel make the first impression of the hotel. When I arrive n this hotel I was so disappointed due to humble entrance where lined up big and green colored garbage canes around the entrance. However the bousekeeping staffs were very kind and did well done on their duties.
