First of all, check in took us like 10 minutes because we were waiting for someone to come up to help. Back when a made my reservation, I asked for late checkout, and never heard back so I thought we were all set as always but noooop. I asked the lady just to double check and she told me "WE NEED TO CHECK BECAUSE WE USUALLY GIVE PREFERENCE TO OUR MEMBERS" like REALLY!!! So my money is not worth or what??? That was rude to me. I felt like her answer could have be better as a front desk clerk she is. Secondly, when we finally got our keys, we got to the room and they WEREN'T EVEN ACTIVATED.... so we had to go all the way down to do so. Finally, hallways were really stinky this time and when we enter the room and start checking things around, we were really surprised. Our shower floor was dirty (yellowish-blackish), no shiny as usual. There was barely, BARELY toilet paper and not even a bar soap to shower.
No exactly sure what happen this time, but with that costumer service and this other bobos, I might consider to stay somewhere else next time where there appreciate us as guests!!!
