Steer Clear!
As mentioned in several other reviews, this property is nothing like the photos online. While I understand that the Baymont isn't exactly the Ritz-Carlton, I expect a minimum of cleanliness and security. I liked that the floors are hard surfaces and the rooms didn't have the faint cigarette smell that most lower-end places do. We were there with a group occupying several rooms. In one room, the tub faucet was leaking, a steady stream. The fan for the HVAC drowned it out, so that wasn't the end of the world. What pushed us over the edge was that in one ground level room, the patio door handle was broken off, and there was no way to secure the door and prevent someone from coming in. The fact that the hotel would rent a room in this condition is absolutely unacceptable, and we could only assume how low their standards were for everything else, so we left.
While leaving they had a tow company going through the lot towing cars that didn't have their parking pass on the dash. The lot was probably 3/4 empty, this is a pure money grab for those who forget to put it on the dash.
