My daughters family and I stayed for 5 days, we had to rooms booked. One was under her name and the other under mine. We had no problems checking in and I paid for both rooms on my credit card, no issues. Staff was nice and helpful, housekeeping did not speak English but they were able to restock the rooms for towels, would clean upon request, take trash. Rooms were clean, older hotel so some things were stained and appeared dirty. Only had showers no tub to bath children, breakfast is not served, pool area was clean and maintained. Not enough plugs, some plugs need to be replaced, while plugging in a charger it kept falling out of the socket. We ran the microwave and blew a fuse, maintenance was quick and did solve the problem. There are no USB plugs. After staying 4 days at the Disney resort we came back for one night stay, same situation, daughter had room and I had a room, this time they would not allow me to pay for her room because my name was not on her reservation, they could not add my name to her reservation. They had no problem the first time checking us in, I was there with my ID and credit card so the claim of fraud should not have been an issue!
Price was good so you can’t expect a lot!
