We booked the hotel in advance and paid the hotel fee online but when me and my wife got there, the hotel said there was no room available. We arrived there almost at midnight but the hotel made us go to the different one, which was 3 min away from there. The receptionist told us the rooms were not clean and that's why they didn't have any room available. At least, they already made the reservation with Holiday Inn Express so we didnt have to book the hotel by ourselves. Still, I think the situation was ridiculous and irresponsable. Also, the hotel reservation that we booked was supposed to provide the breakfast, but Holiday Inn Express didn't have that service. I don't think I'll come back this hotel again.
