Strangely not good
It was strange, it had everything we thought we wanted to be comfortable, but the attention to detail wasn't there. The pillows were not comfortable, the pipes screeched every time someone would use water which would actually wake us up at 3am. The rooms were super quiet otherwise so you could hear everything else that was happening. Very strange, some of this could have been avoided if you let people run the fan on the air conditioner, but that was also locked out.
There was a night we went to the bar and tried for about 45 min to get two glasses of wine, then when they were finally poured I had to walk over to the bar and ask the server if we could grab them. All of the checks include 20% grat which kinda sucks when the service is that bad.
The highlight was the spa. Everything there was pretty incredible.
