When we checked in, I received neither information about the hotel's facilities nor other essential details. Meanwhile, someone checking in next to me was informed about the hotel's amenities and the shuttle service to and from Disneyland. The receptionist mentioned an upgrade, but when I stated that I preferred the room I had originally booked, I was given a room with a non-functional bathroom, insufficient bedding for four people, not enough towels for everyone, and, to make matters worse, instead of a bed for two, we were provided with a broken sofa bed. I had to call the reception multiple times, as the staff struggled with English. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in all my years of traveling. I will certainly never book this hotel again. The service was far from satisfactory.
