This place is wonderful. You can tell management cares. This was our second hotel in Tampa and is now and will now on be the only hotel we seek out next time. Wonderful place and the staff was great.

Stole my safety deposit
Starting with the check-in, our stay at this hotel has gone downhill. The young ladies at the desk did not seem to know what they were doing. We ended up getting charged safety deposits on 2 credit cards and when they said that the machine was not working, they took a cash deposit from us. Thankfully the 2 credit cards have been refunded but our cash has gone missing! When we checked out Sunday morning the young gentleman could not find it anywhere. We were on our way to catch a flight back to Canada so he sent us on our way, promising to refund it on my credit card. The refund still hasn’t been issued. I called on Monday and was promised that the manager would get in touch with me. That never happened! Called back on Tuesday, manager is conveniently not there once again so I was told to call back in Wednesday. This is extremely unprofessional! I’d really like my deposit back!

Great location and outdoor space!
Nice hotel with hot breakfast. There are updates and renovations being done to parts of the common areas, but it didnt impact us at all. The 2 elevators that we tried were broken, but there was 1 other that may have been working. People drop trash in some of the walkway areas, so it's not really the hotels fault, but still makes the general feel a little dirty in areas. We really liked the outdoor space! It's like a full yard, complete with outdoor games, plus a pool in addition to that. We didnt use the pool because we were only there a small amount of time, but if we had more time we definitely would have, it's a lovely pool. If you have smaller children, and are traveling, this would be a great place for you to let them run around and get the energy out. If our kids were younger we would have been so happy for that very thing. If you're going to Busch Gardens, this hotel is a very short drive away, that's why we stayed here. What a relief after 11 hours at the park, to only have a 5 minute drive to our hotel!

Cold as ice
Room was nice and spacious. No hot water in the shower. Tried calling the front desk, only to get a busy signal. Went to the front desk and asked for another room, they were unable to accommodate and didnt offer any type of refund, not to mention it was 40° outside.

Absolutely loved our stay. Rooms are super clean and comfortable. Breakfast could’ve been better. We woke up early to get breakfast but was disappointed with the options. The food was either cold, lacked flavor or was simply microwaved food.

Family Overnight Getaway
We checked in late after spending the day at Busch Gardens for NYE. The attendant was friendly late at night. We did inquire on military discount but they could not do it as it was booked third party. The property was well maintained and clean. Room was updated clean and spacious for our family of 5. We had two double beds and double pullout. Well worth the cost. Continental breakfast was not very good...powered eggs slightly warm sausage and bacon. They had fruit and toast. Coffee and decaf available. Food area was clean and well maintained with outdoor seating outside of pool area.
