I had a really disappointed during I checked in this hotel . I reserve an executive king size bed room including access executive lounge , but front desk told me only one person access lounge and another person has to pay additional charge . So I had checked my booking confirmation by web site , I requested to them to using Marriott wifi , but they mentioned to deposit 5,000RMB for connection wifi . So I deposited money and reviewed my booking details . Finally ,they contacted their manager and allowed two person access to lounge . I received room key and open the room but this room is twin beds room and not executive floor . I visited lobby again and requested changed the room as I booked . Their attitudes was unpleasant to me , so I requested their name because I want complain to head office of Marriott group about this matter . I found a lady name who had written to me different than attached name tag on dress . She mentioned that her name tag was broken and used another person's name . I also requested to print out for my reservation situation on the monitor because of complain to the Hotels.com or Marriott but they already changed my reservation and could not print out it . They always said everything came from Marriott policy , they didn't think about their guest . But , the overall is OK .
