이 호텔은 호텔스닷컴의 지불 영수증을 제시하였음에도 불구하고 자사의 시스템 문제로 발생한 예약 지불 정보 미확인 문제에 대해 임의로 이중청구를 일삼고 취소 요구를 받아들이지 않는 호텔이므로 예약에 유의가 필요함.
Eventhough I have paid for the stay through Hotels.com, This hotel requested double payment. Care for your credit card.
At the day of my checkout, frontdesk said that there was a problem for the hotel reservation system and asked my credit card again.
I explained that I have already paid and showed my receipt on my smart phone to them.
But they asked my credit card again that they will cancel the transaction soon just after receover their system.
Because of my flight time to my home, I had no way to believe that.
After going back to my home, I found that they did not canceled the double charge.
I asked to cancel the transaction through e-mail repeatedly, but they did not accepted.
And even they sent me that "I promise that it is not double payment....".
Finally, I have to call to the hotels.com customer center and credit card customer center for my problem.
I have to explain my problem through my mobile phone for many hours and also, have to submit kinds of proof again and again...
It tooked a week to cancel the double payment problem.
Do not give them your credit card.
Care for this hotel.
