Stayed 9 nights in this hotel with my wife. Overall experience was o.k for the price ad location.
However, I want o share the Worst thing I experienced in the second day.
My wife took out a dryer rack after laundry is done (There are LG laundry machine in the hotel room) and found out steel dry rack was broken. (This seems hardly be found while it was inside closet) She immediately reported hotel desk that she found it was broken before it and even mentioned the recipe of detergent she just bought and rack was unused.
The same day, hotel management claimed that the broken dryer rack is my wife's responsibility and claimed 100 Singapore dollars. I called them and explained them we found it before use it. Hotel manager insisted they checked all fixture and suppliers and was o.k. So they regards all is guest's fault. Rest of the story is just simple as you can guess... they offered negotiation.. and 50% off.
One thing I feel uncomfortable was they leave no choice but drive situation either in your wife is a liar or you have to check everything in your room must be o.k when you check in your hotel. It is non-sense. So I don't recommend this hotel's policy and management style.
** Or if you have to check in this hotel and encounter any thing broken.. don't report it honestly. Hotel will say it is all your fault, nevertheless. 세탁 후 빨래말리는 랙이 있는데, 사용전에 보니 다리가 부러져 있더군요. 당연히 호텔에 알렸더니, 무조건 손님의 책임이라고 해서, 100 싱가폴 달라 물어내라고 합니다. 50%할인해줘서 냈습니다 참고하세요
