I decided to book this hotel due to all positive reviews from hotels.com. Please let me share how my experience was like. Service staff was just okay, just average. We stayed in the room, number 202. When we checked in, manager guided us to our room but she couldn't open the room door at once as door was spoiled. She said sorry to us as the door has a small issue, we said it is alight as we didn't want to be a picky customer. Next day, we went to breakfast, I found out there are tons of ants in the bread basket and food was cold, I felt suddenly bad, wanted to go to restroom in our room, and tried to open the door but key was stuck so I tried to pull the key out but it, the key is broken while being stuck. They said sorry and asked us to move to another room. And the last day, when we checked out, we found out they charged us 2000TBH and manager kept saying the door initially was just fine and I am the one breaking it, she never admitted that she was the one telling us that the door has an issue initially. So I asked her to show me receipt of the vendor (as it needs to be fixed by outside vendor), she said no receipt.. but just kept forcing us to pay 2000THB. We managed to negotiate to pay half as we were rushing into the airport and asked them to send us the receipt by email later on but no receipt over one month. Room is good, but when you check in, please make sure everything is okay, if not, ask them to change the room rather than just informing them.
