투어하러 또 가고싶어요.
1.깨끗한 숙소 clean room. 2.친절한 직원 kind staff. 3.적당한 위치 nice location. 4.관리가 필요한 수영장 swimming pool need cleaning. 먼저 수영장 관리 안되어있어요. 지저분합니다. 방 진짜 깨끗합니다. 직원들 최고 친절. 호텔에서 진행한 아일랜드투어 돈이 아깝지 않았습니다. 투어중 all included 라고 했으나 주류는 아닙니다. 미리 안내받지못해 아쉬웠어요. 혹시 투어를 하실계획이 있다면 'gopro' 꼭 꼭 챙겨야 합니다. 절대 잊지못할 바다를 만났어요. 직원 특히 nest 정말 친절하고 사려깊었어요. 여행이 두배 세배 잊지못하게 되었어요. 감사합니다.

Okay hotel, men…
Vi havde en oplevelse, der ikke levede op til forventningerne om et 4-stjernet hotel. Standardniveauet var snarere, hvad man kunne forvente af et 3-stjernet hotel. Det eneste positive, vi kan fremhæve, var rengøringen, som var i orden, og personalet, der var både venligt og hjælpsomt. Derimod var maden en stor skuffelse – den manglede fuldstændig smag, og selv drikkevarer som juice, kaffe og shakes smagte ikke af noget. Hotellets faciliteter var meget begrænsede, og generelt følte vi os skuffede over vores ophold. Det levede ikke op til vores forventninger. Vær opmærksom på, at hotellet ikke har elevator.

Vi bodde två nätter på Bacau Bay och var nöjda. Jag tror att vi fick ett bra pris på rummet så det kändes som värde för pengarna. Om hotellet lever upp till sina 4 stjärnor kan man argumentera om, det finns en del saker som borde fixas men ingenting som direkt störde vår upplevelse. Exempel är ena fonänten vid huvudtrappan var trasig och generellt i vårt rum så var det många tecken på slitage (handukhängare som släppt i väggfästet eller att det läckte vatten från taket). Det som vi missade men säkert hade påverkat betyget är byggarbetet kring hotellet. Vi hade två nätter som var kring helgdag och då utfördes inga arbeten men sista dagen när vi vilade efter frukosten så var det väldigt högt ljud. Servicen var helt okej men inte inom förväntan för ett fyrstjärnig hotell, ingen hjälp med väskor eller så vid utcheckning eller fråga om transfer.

My room had multiple spots of black mold growing on the sitting couch, window blinds and all through the shower area (see pics). I felt unsafe to sit on the couch as a result. Poor wifi signal that cut in and out every minute or two. Safe had dead batteries and so I wasn't able to use it. Housekeeping left my door ajar by extending the dead bolt so when I came back that evening anyone could have entered my room by just pushing the door. But truly the worst part was the roosters located just a few feet from my door that would start crowing around 3:30 AM and not stop! I didn't get a good night sleep here and even tried stuffing an extra towel under the door and covering the windows with the towels for extra sound dampening. Additionally, I received a message from the property telling me the dock area would be closed until September 29, 2024. I thought that would be fine because I was visiting in November. But alas I arrive and construction was not completed so I had no access to the beach, water, or to watch the sunset. At a minimum they should have alerted us to the continued closure before I arrived so I could have changed my reservation to a property that had beach access as that was one of the reasons I chose this location. So not sure if that was an oversight or an intentional ploy to not have cancelations affect their profits. For two days the pool bar was out of Mango and Pineapple which seemed crazy as I could walk down the street and get it -- frustrating.

It was really nice and quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It was about 20 mins away from the main city center though so if you wanted to go around for shopping and eating out- you would need to use their private shuttle which is about P650 each way. You can also take a trike for P30 per person but that might be a bit far. There is another eating/shopping area closer to the resort which is about 5-10 mins in a trike. Smaller though. The property also had a small pier with a bar where you can enjoy the sunsets. It was also convenient for private tours as the tour picked you right up from the pier so no need to go anywhere else. Breakfast buffet was spectacular but the drinks at the bar needed work. Overall a great experience.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and this was a lovely place to stay in Coron. The only slight issue was the WiFi not working very well in our room/beside the pool. Other than this we couldn’t fault the hotel. It was a fantastic experience and we’d recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying here!

The staff are very warm and friendly. There are nice personal touches, like a treat at turn down service. The food service is slow, however, and the food mediocre. I would plan to eat in town. The pool is really nice.

We loved our stay here at Bacau Bay, everyone was super nice, everything was clean, they have their own port for boat tours which they also offer. Their tour packages are amazing and it comes with an amazing team. Thank you Bacau! We will definitely stay again here.

It’s a nice location. No traffic noise. The Mangrove in the back of the property added a nice touch to the property . Watching the sunset adds to the serenity of the place. Beautiful !! In addition… the staff were excellent.

Good location, rooms and staff
Really good hotel, clean, good breakfast, sunset and happy hour at the pier is amazing. Breakfast is good. Family friendly. Activities for kids 3pm-4pm and movie night on Fridays. Some maintenance to do in the rooms but really good value quality for the price. I read the reviews before and i was préparé but a good gem in Coron. I can only confirm that the waiting time at the restaurant is very long. I recommend ordering before and then ask them to call you at the pool or room when it’s ready at the dining room.

We had a great experience at this property. They took care of us ! We felt the luxury experience coming here. We emailed them a day before saying we want to do a tour right when we arrive from the airpott and they had a private tour arranged for us on a beautiful boat with our tour guide Nonoy which gave us such an amazing treatment! We enjoyed this tour as our favourite from the palawan island as he gave us an incredible experience, even snorkelled with us to show us some different types of fish and even was a great photographer! The resort was really clean amazing! The backbar for sunset was beautiful and the bartender was informatative of what to do in the area around. The only problem we had with this resort which was spotty wifi. Wish the breakfast had a few more options and an option for a good espresso! The town was walkable but took about 25 mins

The staff were so kind and sweet to us. They were very helpful and went out of their way ti make sure we were comfortable and content. The o ly thing was thag we were in a room that kind of had a smell. Other than that, it was amazing. Definitely would recommend.
