I stayed 3 nights with 3 customers so used 4 rooms. I am satisfied with overall service and environment. For some reason, when checked in, I found out that breakfast is not included in the hotel fee. But I paid all when I make the booking in the Hotels.com. Anyway, it was changed on the spot, However, for one room who who checked in at different time, the breakfast status was changed, So need to visit the reception again but that was not changed right away and the man in the reception told me to come again next morning because he needed to check next morning to make it sure. I went to the reception again next morning and made the change. So those several visits to reception area to change my and my customers' booking status was not pleasant experience.
