We are so unhappy with the check in experience... the queue is horrible and the room was not ready at 4:30.. they offer a lower quality room otherwise we have to wait for 30 min so they clean the room.. we did not come to manama to spend most of time waiting for horrible hotel management
The lady who was serving us was answering the phone while we talk
We asked to talk to the manager several time.. he hardly spoke to us without finding a solution... like if we are asking for favor
We have an appointment at 4:45 and we wonโt be able to catch up with it
all what they said is that the duty manager is helping in room cleaning..very poor customer service
Honestly, i am a customer who need a room he reserved and I donโt really care who participated in cleaning.. finally, the room was very small and the bed quality is poor... it looks smaller than king bed

The room was damp on arrival. We also reported that the shower was not draining properly, which was subsequently fixed.
However, was rudely awakened in the night by management who accused me, incorrectly, of smoking in the room and setting off the fire alarm. Also barging into the room whilst my wife was in bed. In my sleep. Most likely due to the prevalence of dust in the air con.
The final straw was sharing the bathroom with a cockroach in the morning.
Highly disappointed from a supposed higher than average brand.

The property has experienced a down grading of service in recent years, with lack of staff a key indicator. As well, the quality of service received is not up to the expectations of a Sheraton brand hotel. The biggest disappointment was with the service received at the Executive Lounge. Not only was staff missing or not well trained or experienced but also missing was the food, drinks, glasses, plates, etc.

When i arrived to hotel my booking was not showing at the hotel. I called your line after half an hour and 16 min international call cost me 43 $ they were able to check me in
